NLine dash/shelf with Rifle windshield

Has anyone tried to use a Rifle windshield for a Gen II FJR without the tuning block? If so, can the NLIne dash/shelf be used with the Rifle shield as long as you don't use the adjuster/tuning block?

I cant speak for the rifle, But I had to mod the shelf for the V Stream. (grind down the edges)
