No AMA at Miller

Miller Motorsports has called DMG's bluff on the inflated value of the AMA Pro series they're in the process of destroying, and DMG has taken their toys and gone home.

DMG has stated that another venue will be scheduled in its place. Gee, could there be another race weekend at Daytona? The first one was so successful. Are there any other tracks pouting because they didn't get an AMA weekend this year?

The Miller weekend is now a WSBK-only event for now, but I wouldn't be surprised if WERA is invited to show up a week later than their current schedule to be there for the WSBK weekend.

Well I would imagine that MMP will want to have something else going on. Last year was a huge success. That was due, in no small part, to how packed the schedule was for the fans. Very little time when the track was quiet. Always something to see. I'll be there this year, but I'm pretty burnt at DMG right now.

AMA not coming? Wow it was nice last year to get SBK and AMA for the same ticket price. I've got my ticket for the finals on Sunday and the price has remained the same I believe. What an awesome race though eh? Hope I see some of my FJR brothers down for that weekend. Maybe we can organize a ride of sort?
