Chris, Laurence, Angie and myself rode all day yesterday in some great weather over some excellent roads. Didn't take but 3 pictures all day, because we had to hang on to the handlebars.

Here's the 3 pics Here

A couple of things;

Sorry about the weak photo documentary but we rode over the same roads as Peter Delean so check out California Central Coast. Our ride included 166, Tepesquet, Foxen Canyon, Ballard Canyon, Santa Rosa Rd. The "Lost Highway", Jalama Beach Road, and Harris Grade. There was a pucker moment on Jalama Beach Road at a blind right hand turn where a driveway enters on the turn :eek: ? There was gravel where one would normally lean into the turn and sweep it. WE had to overshoot and re-direct due to the debris from the merging traffic. There was NO traffic at the time and we had no problems negotiating "luckily" :blink: .

Tree Doc was right about buying a burger inside the County Park at Jalama beach and not having to pay an entry fee. Just take the receipt back to the kiosk after you eat with a stamp and you are good to go. Thanks for that info.

Another ride coming up tomorrow while the weather holds and before the New Year. :yahoo:

I hit the same gravel, same pucker momenta couple of days before.

It is hard to predict, as it is not visible until you round the corner.

It really was quite a day!
