Not a terrible price but not giving it away either. For a bike of that age, the aftermarket stuff is a significant factor in the bike's market value - aftermarket suspension, seat, windshield, topbox, heated grips, cruise control, aux. lighting, exhaust etc. Even tire condition. Sometimes owners will strip off the goodies and sell them separately since people don't want to pay much for extras on the bike.
Good maintenance records and physical evidence of good care and attention are gold. I wouldn't worry about the miles at all if the other indicators are positive. The newer FJRs offer some nice amenities but the 2005 is still a great bike. Is it ABS or not? If so, make sure the rear ABS is working.
If things look good, I would offer something less than that (without being insulting) and see where it goes from there. The 2005 blue is nice!
