... the ride is short but intense.
Boy, if I had a nickel for every time I've whispered that.
Ahhh, so you are a Minute Man! Ends with the shot heard around the world, eh?
I've already said too much.

Alan can you shoot me a Garmin gps file?? (only if you already have it made up) if not for tomorrow, it may be a nice little addition to my fav route database (connect a few routes together kinda thing) Thank's see you am.

Glad to see y'all are coming along, WAY COOL!

Do you have a non-Forum email address? I did put together a GPS route for this ride, though I promise not to follow it 100% (the differences will be small). Right now the only way I can get the GPS file(s) to you is to attach them to a regular email. I can also attach the Woodman's ride if you are interested. If anyone else would like the routes or tracks send me an email address that accepts attachments.

See ya in the morning.

If that oracle was a rider, he'd have said partly sunny and 82!

I plan on being there, two up with a brat on the back.
Great news! We will be lookin' for ya.

Oh come on now!!

Sunday is going to be the first sighting of rarely seen CJ this year and I have to be away at EOM?

I guess we should'a just stayed home.

Not!! (Psyche)

We had an awesome ride today and there was nary a drop of rain to be seen. :yahoo:

Did I mention that it was awesome? Oh yeah. Definitely awesome.

Good for you guy's Fred the radar showed shades of green down your way for the week but you must have a horseshoe (somewhere) glad your having a great time of course!!

CJ's attendance is merely a rumor

Coincidence that you are away and I am attending? I think not! (Think evil Vincent Price laugh here... Bwahahahahahahaha!)

I'm still out of work with the busted clavicle, ortho won't clear me to go back yet. Had I known I was gonna bust it and be out that long, I would've planned on getting to EOM! Piss poor planning on my part apparently!

Well, the bad news is our project isn't finished and if we join you, we'll probably miss our Monday deadline...

The hell with it! We'll see you all in the morning.

Well Hell, we wuz thrilled to have you'ze goin' us! Remember, late to leave, early to return. Hopefully you can have some fun and yet fulfill your obligations. We are really happy see you!

A number of riders have asked for a Candy Butt ride -- start late and finish early, so weather permitting on next Sunday I've got your ride. Right now the ride will tentatively start with KSU at 10:00 at MC Donald's Store, 26674 Range Road, Windham, NH. The ride will include several fun runs of twisties glued together with rides through farmland, quaint villages, views of the Little Bay, Great Bay and expansive hill top vistas. The ride will end with two choices, one in Candia at Rt 101 and the other in Derry at Rt 93.

...
I'm expecting to go. Hm... 26674 Range Rd, Windham, NH? I see McDonalds is at:

54 Range Rd when I google for "McDonald's Windham, NH"

Is that address right?

edit: oh, I gotcha, it actually says "McDonald's Store 26674" -- probably the store number.

I'll probably be there 9:30ish to get something to eat, coffee, and a quick restroom break before the KSU.

see you'all tomorrow.

Dennis

Absolutely right. It's all a matter of priorities. Projects will always be there later on.

You have to ask yourself:when it's your time to "check out", will you be more remiss that you didn't complete all of your home projects or that you didn't get all of the rides in that you wanted.

(I know my answer for certain, and anyone that has been by my house can attest to it :p )

Duuude!!

Way TMI

(but let me be the first to admit that a really good healthy **** can be nearly as good as *** :p )

Looking at the time stamp of this post, either you were either over served some of those moonshine fruits infamous at EOM or you just ain't doin' it right  ! (***, not shitting)

I'm getting ready for this mornings ride up here. Enjoy the rest of EOM Fred and we'll catch up on a ride when y'all get back. :) it's way more fun bustin on each other in person! ;) There are some folks here who just don't get Yankee humor........ But he's in Maine  .

Helen says you're a wimp.
What!! Helen would never say that!
I can attest to it...... She didn't, it was Gina!

Checking in with the group- So,when I pulled away from the group in Raymond it was because we had just passed a group of about five kayakers and three of them were huddled together and were waving BOTH arms to the passersby on the road........ Now, I don't know about you, but most people I know only wave with one arm unless they are in trouble and trying to attract attention. I turned around and went back to make sure that everything was ok only to find out that it was! WTF!!! I never did catch up with the group since I had to stop and shut the bike down and remove my helmet and earplugs so I could hear them. I tried at first to catch up but after a little while and not knowing the exact route, I decided to give up on it because a sufficient amount of distance was created and I think I took a "wrong turn". Think I was supposed to turn right towards Candia  ?

Anyway, Tim and I had stopped at Subway and had lunch. I knew he'd never make the hour and a half home otherwise. Thanks Alan for the day of riding! It was nice to see you again,Helen, and meeting the new group of hooligans Paul, Gina, and Dennis! I hope me pulling away from the group didn't cause a distraction or problem........ I was completely pissed off when there wasn't a problem when they clearly made it look like there was, but at least I got to reinforce to Tim a few take home points that I have tried to teach him along the way: that if you can help, you should and that sometimes doing the right thing isn't always the easiest. Oh well....

Looking forward to Helen's pictures! Ya missed a good one, Fred!

Yup, that Gina does like to cause trouble...

Wimp. Candybutt. It's all really the same thing.

CJ, we thought maybe you were turning back to scope out the powerlines we saw Tim pointing out so enthusiastically right before you stopped and waved us past. Alan had said he'd mentioned them to you before that. Glad nothing was wrong with the kayakers. Pretty stupid of them to be waving at passersby like that.

It was great meeting you, and the ride was a lot of fun. For us it was six and a half hours on the road and a total of 162 miles covered, with four stops along the way. Do you think that will qualify us for CBA membership?

Sorry that some of the people couldn't make the ride, hope you all feel better soon! Hope everyone that did make the ride enjoyed it. Once again we continue to be really fortunate about the weather. Pixs and comments to follow ASAP.

Glad to hear that things were OK. If you hadn't waved us all by we would have stopped. The guilty kayakers:

"Everybody wave to the lady on the motorcycle taking pictures with her camera!"

"Look at the size of the fish I just caught."

"And the Patriots just scored another touch down..."

"Yes, our middle fingers are extended toward you."

Fred didn't miss the ride per se, Fred and I made this same ride a couple of weeks ago only it was done at a much higher speed.

Thank's Alan I had thought we were kinda OK to go as of sat night post.. but unfortunatly that was NOT the case Sun AM.tried to catch you ASAP but not to be.. Did the next to catch APJ&Gina but missed I guess. The LAST thing I wanted to do was hold up the group and Mrs Jag feels terrible that that may have happened. She is NOW under strict orders to be GOOD TO GO for Bridges :yahoo: Hope y'all had a most excellent ride today and gave those NASCAR wannabe's a run for their money on the way home!!!
