667 - Neighbour of the Beast
Hi Folks,
I just received this email which announces the fact that there is going to be an announcement next week...ok I am not going there. That isn't the exciting part anyway.
Beginning next September Nova Scotia is going to have its own fledgling version of the Isle of Man TT. I intend to ride up to Sydney (refer to message below) next week for the press conference and I will keep you all informed of developments. I don't know much else at the moment but if you want to PM me your email address I will keep folks in the loop. I will also mention it here from time to time so ya'll have plenty of time to make plans to visit my beautiful Nova Scotia home. And by that I mean the province...I don't want anyone showing up at my house! My wife is a veterinarian and she brings home large bad tempered dogs from the clinic so beware...ok so that isn't true but we do have a cat with an attitude problem!

ON OCTOBER 5TH IN SYDNEY NOVA SCOTIA...THE HEART OF CAPE BRETON, CANADA...AN ANNOUNCEMENT THAT WILL EXCITE ALL MOTORSPORT ENTHUSIASTS...BUT ESPECIALLY MOTORCYCLISTS...WILL TELL ALL ABOUT THE FOLLOWING:
THE ISLE OF MAN TT MOTORCYCLE RACE IS IN ITS 98TH YEAR AND NEXT YEAR IT WILL BE JOINED BY A SIMILAR 32 MILE LONG MOTORCYCLE ROAD RACE IN BEAUTIFUL CAPE BRETON, CANADA.
THE DATES WILL BE SEPTEMBER 20TH TO THE 23RD, 2006 FOR THIS UNIQUE TO NORTH AMERICA EVENT.
SEVERAL CLASSES OF BIKE FROM 600cc TO 1000cc AND INCLUDING THE THRILLING SIDECARS WILL COMPETE FOR UP TO 5 LAPS ON THE HIGHWAYS AND THROUGH THE SMALL TOWNS OF NOVA SCOTIA, CANADA.
