Finally decided to go under the knife and get the carpal tunnel release surgery done. I was very skeptical but, after 5 years of chiropractors, accupuncture, splints and any other "sure fix" it was time to try something different. I've sync'd the TB's multiple times and removed the throttle return spring but nothing helped. Ten minutes after starting a ride my right hand would be completely numb. It was either quit motorcycling or get the surgery. I couldn't be more pleased. Went for my first ride in two months. I didn't have any numbness in my hand at all. I'm not saying this is for everyone but, there may be more to your numb throttle hand than your motorcycle.
