I would hazard a guess and say that the suspension is worn out on both. Too many miles.

This is all a trick. The dude is really riding a Kawi, but since it's a harley gathering, he thought he'd distract them to get through unnoticed.

The girl is a stripper he met the night before. He stuck a stolen beer between her knockers (note the real beer owner looking for her bottle under the green awning). The guy on the springer softail is now wishing he had batteries for his camera while the trendy fellow running alongside in cut-off jeans is thanking his lucky stars he does.

I would say the guy succeeded, but the perpetrator seems to have forgotten his own ruse and is staring into his rearview mirror and thinking, "Do I have another dollar left?"
