Octane

I use basic 87 octane. Here in CO that's the Regular plus. No problems what so ever. No need to spend any extra money for the higher octanes unless you're pinging.

I avoide octane entirely. Since heptane knocks like a mother I run a proprietary mixture of dodecahane and icosahane and a splash of WD-40. It runs great and instead of engine heat I can make ice cubes under my knees in the summer. It also runs great in my Barbeque and cures baldness.
