On the subject of music, I have a friend who just got appointed Federal Judge (Admin. Law Judge). He has to move and he has about 500 old albums from 60's and 70's and 80's motown and general rock, Beatles, yadda, yadda. He called me and said I know you still listen to these old albums and I don't want to have to move them, give me 100.00 and come pick them up and their yours! If your into old vinyl music from that era, this stuff is priceless!! You'd be suprised what 100.00 can still buy these days. I'd love to have a digital pic to show you all the stuff I got, Commadores, Cream, Four Tops, Diana Ross and the Supremes, Stevie Wonder, Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor, Marvin Gay, Beatles, Tubularbells (Exorcist theme) on and on and on. Most of this stuff is in suprisingly good condition. I'm a very happy camper!! My Conrad Johnson tube amp and bottlehead tube phono preamp loves this old vinyl as does my red wine :D

I take it it doesn't come free?
The channel is free as part of the hi-def package with most of the major cable providers.
So, you're paying for it then, right? :p :D

That's the thing that yanks my chain about HD. The feds mandate over the air 'free' broadcast of HD, but the cable companies charge you for it. Fackers!

Schweeeeet.......thanks for the info. Hell, I didn't even know I had that channel. While seting-up the DVR to record, I also noticed a Motley Crue concert tomorrow. Gonna record that too.

Here's how they spin it. The HD is free, but, you gotta pay more for a hi def cable box.

I know that dude from the movie "shine" has been around more then thirty years.....what the hell are we talking about anyways? Oh, I don't have cable...but, would pay someone good money to burn it onto dvd for me.....unless, of course, it comes out on dvd....then, nevermind. I'll buy it myself.

Money will be in the mail....after I change out my rear wheel.

Ya gonna tell woody when you plan on changin' that ragged out, cord showin, chen sing blem? Git the money up front woodstock 'cause he'll damn well spend it on cheap wemen and skunky imported beer then run the bike on the rim for a while :yahoo:

:jester:

I should take a pic of the cord tomorrow at work but, the computers at work are half stable at best since we are just setting up shop. I'll tell you what....the cord is nice and shiny. Almost metallic. I might be able to get a pic of me in the mirror image of my cord on my rear wheel. Any awards for cool pics like that?

Putting the thread back on-track. Just finished the concernt. Very well done, production-wise as well (maybe a bit too enamoured with the overhead drum set shot). Plus, gotta love the washing machines. :D

I agree...well done. Could have done without the commercials, but, I guess that's what you get when it's 'free'. It still boggles my mind how Neil Peart can do the things he does while appearing to do them so effortlessly.
