I've used 'em, they're top shelf. Models that are sealed, heat resistant, and damn near bullet proof. Best price I've found is on ebay.

What makes you think your battery is "ready to take a dump"?

My 04 with 91k is still going strong.

Westco's are popular replacements. In fact I have one I purchased for SportBikeEffects ready to go just in case the battery in my 04 goes bye-bye.
