unfortunately no picture and I loved this line

Rear Truck Attachment Kit (ABA-2D261-30-00) required for installation.

It must be a pretty big Top Case !

Given the dismal track record of other OEM cases for the FJR, I would not want one.

I second the dismal track record of the rear trunk. I went through 3 of them on my 2006 FJR. The last replacement from Yamaha was a courtesy warranty which I appreciate but it failed in the same manner as the first two. Bottom line I lost my investment on the OEM truck (not cheap) and purchased a GIVI replacement. So far the GIVI is holding up just fine.

I believe that is this 39L top case in Stone Grey colour:

And unfortunately not this 50L top case that they sell in Canada and Europe:

Here is the part number from the European site for the 39L top case:Frosted Blade (YMN5)

1MC-F0754-91-20.Is the same colour with different name..

US site:
Stone Gray 1MC-F0754-91-20

Ps.
I am very satisfied with my oem 39L top case!
I don't feel that i have installed a top case!
Of course i have never overloaded it..Max 5-6kg.

Mine broke too, well m/c landed on it, so maybe that doesn't count.

I think with the volumes of sales and not hearing a lot makes me think there aren't a lot of problems. Overpriced? Didn't carry as much as a Givi, those are other concerns.

I liked the look of the OEM, it worked well, and always 100% waterproof.
