OES Frame Sliders

I just ordered some OES Sliders and just noticed that I don't have an allen wrench big enough to get the bolt off to install them. I have a set of metric wrenches but none that big. so I am just going to buy a allen that fits on a socket wrench but I don't know the size. So what size is it??? Also while I'm at it, what is the torque spec for those bolts???

10mm, 35 ft-lb. Torque the left side first. The latter two pieces of information were obtained from the Bin-O-Facts
