New/never worn (other than being tried on). All tags still attached. Both liners (thermo,rain) included. Local dealer got out of the brand and I'm unable to return it. Fit great with a t-shirt but turned out to be slightly small when I got home and tried it on with my colder weather gear underneath. I bought an XXL to replace it. Great jacket. Fantastic venting. Waterproof. 4 season.
