On the news this morning

3 Motorcyclist were sentenced to 10 days in jail +cost/fines for doing 130mph down the interstate. Pell City, AL area. The D.A. said anyone caught going over 100 mph is subject to jail time.

*** This area has a lot of construction zones. The zones come with an automatic doubled fine for speeding. The exact area was not mentioned so I don't know if a construction zone played a part in the sentence.

It would be very harsh indeed if the time in jail ends up costing them their jobs.

Over here they call that little stretch the "coridoor of death." Maybe the over-kill will keep a few alive.

Dang, that's serious... almost had to be through a construction zone.

Reminds me of a joke...

A guy goes to prison. During orientation he asks what do the inmates do on Monday. The warden says that they choose up sides and play basketball all day.

He asks about Tuesday... they choose up sides and play pool all day.

He asks about Wednesday... the warden asks if he's **** or heterosexual, the inmate says he's hetero.

The warden says, "You're not going to like Wednesdays".
