Thanks for posting because the 2200T has been high on my list. Things that make you go hmm.....
I am/was considering the Mag 2200t so I found the thread interesting.
One thing that I didn't care for from Magellan is that I tried to call their customer service/tech line for a few questions and I couldn't get through-their call routing finally stopped and disconnected the call.
When I contacted Garmin, I was able to get the info I was looking for. For this, it has me leaning towards Garmin for when I actually have a gps unit and need assistance, I have a better feeling there will be a helping hand!

Yeah, i was considering a 2200 until I found out that the MP3 player will not play music while you're also navigating. So no using it while on the bike. Not sure how useful an MP3 player on a GPS is if you can't do it while navigating!?! I'm going for a Garmin 2820 or Zumo for that reason...
