Likewise, Jason. Great day. Thanks to Jeff (?) for organizing it on short notice. Couldn't have asked for a better day to be on the Oregon coast.I had 378 total miles, door to door. It was a good ride. Not a drop of rain, a good meal at Mo's in Cannon Beach with some birthday ice cream, one bird trapped under my windshield at 70 mph (sorry 'lil feller) and ending with a sweet ride up Hwy 223 w/o a car in sight.Awesome ride guys, thanks!
I ended up door to door with 393 miles yesterday. Haven't checked the GPS to see what the stats were for travel time and top speed, but I left at 8am, and pulled in to the garage at 7:01pm.
I'll try and get some pictures up in the next day or so. I have to rely on my wife's laptop for that and she left it at her office this weekend.
Good meeting you guys. We'll do it again.
BTW, that smoked salmon and scallops I bought at that joint in Astoria...Gone! Eaten! I toasted some onion bagels and added the fish and lotsa cream cheese. Must go back!
