I found a cherry 1982 Seca 650 last month and am trying to get her 100% perfect.

Only 2 parts needed. There are a couple of pinholes in 2 of the diapghragms. My preference is to just get 4 new diaphragm / slide assemblies for the Hitachi 32mm carbs, which were standard fare for several XJ models (Secas and Maxims)

I know of just one site, oldbikebarn.com but they dont' have them.

I found a site in the UK for £29 ea ($46) but they're waaay more expensive here. I've seen as high as $245ea!

Where do you buy parts for your old girls?

Canadians are 1 for 1 in the playoffs so far.

Maybe that's not going to work. I looked up the part number and referenced it on NWVCP and they don't have any listed. I might not be using the same part number though. The number I got from Yamaha's parts catalog is "4H7-14940-00-00 DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY".
