I need some road info for planning to get to Reno. I tend to stay off the slab and on 2 lane or anything that is paved. I need to know is Spar Canyon road and Fork road between 93 and 75 in Idaho paved? How bout Bear Valley rd , Landmark Stanley Rd, and NF-22 between 21 and 55? There are lots of others too but these are good examples of what I looking to find out. Google didn't help me here but it someone knows a good link please post.

Go to the state's DOT website and search for the road. Generally, if it is a state route, it should be paved - remember I said, generally. If it's a rural route, who knows...

Looking at Streets and Trips I don't think the first looks to be paved.....or likely not all of it. They specifically don't confirm it's paved, but just seeing that it goes up to a mountain peak and dead-ends kinda tells me that it's not likely.

I don't see the names of the roads you cite on my map but if you are talking about the road that connects Banks (55) to Lowman (21), it is a very good and scenic paved road.

Stayin' off the slab, outstanding. My kind of riding.

You didn't say where you're coming from [idaho?] but anyway bound to be some fine 2-lanes.

I use old school highway road maps. Those work just fine and are pretty accurate as far as paved vs. gravel.
