Performance Modifications for your FJR If there is anyone out there that maybe interested in such foolishness Click Here>>>>>>>

Two brothers M-2 exhaust, power commander III, stock header cats removed, H pipe installed, air box mod and a UNI air filter. The bike has very good low and mid range response and is strong on the top end. Now I may even be heard and that's a big plus when 99% of the clowns driving out there never see you!

Did you do the exhaust mod? That's really good looking. How well does it perform? How long did it take to make that?

Time: A day in the shop, Performance: Runs strong in all ranges and Sounds Great! Oh yes absolutely subjective!

I have been wrenching, building and custom painting Etc for many years I'm a jack of all trades and a master of none but I hold my own I do all my own work when ever and where ever possible I find it Very Hard to find good help in today's world it really sucks when you have to trust someone to do the job right especially when its your heart, your brain or your bike they are working on!

Yes, but I did get a little help from a friend with a mandrel tubing bender to make the H Pipe that and installing the functioning o2 sensor bung took the most time you don't need it but I installed it just incase we have future inspections down the road yes the o2 sensor is disconnected when running the power commander. I cut off the top installed H pipe etc. welded lid back on flip over and repeat!

I went with the modified stock header keeping the smaller diameter head pipes because I feel it will preserve more useable low and mid range power/ response. My thoughts only yes (absolutely subjective) without putting a larger cam in the motor head work etc. I don't really see any need for using a larger diameter head pipe (again just my thoughts) I really like the way the exhaust sounds exiting out of both mufflers simultaneously it sounds almost as nice as a four into one and I think it sounds much nicer than the Only brand X header on the market available for the FJR that offers no X pipe, H pipe or cross over of any kind. I know its (all preference). This was mine! Yes: (absolutely subjective) for all of you that have nothing better to do than tear apart everything that gets posted on this site Have at it!

That's great. I've thought about doing something like that, but I don't think I have the skills to do it. Very nice job!
