Planning Pac Hwy Coast

Since I will be getting my FJR next week, I'm planning a ride down the coast. I plan on leaving on 03/11/07, and returning on 03/17/07. Riding 1-up so packing shouldn't be a problem. I hoping the rain clears up a bit before i go. I will be camping for part of the trip. Company is welcome. This will be the first of many, many, many rides.

Any points of interest that I should stop for? I will be stopping in Florence to visit a family member. I'd be interested in meeting any forum members that live along the way.

Stop off at the Trees of Mystery (about 50 miles into California on 101?) and get some fudge. I hit that place on the way back from WFO last year. Yum.

I don't think I'll be going all the way to Frisco, but I may make it to Yosemite. I've been wanting to go there for a few years. Now feels like a good time, weather permitting (lack of snow).
