Ok... tonight I was replacing the clutch and brake fluid on the two year rotation I decided I would do.

I think I might have some partial clogging in the front brake system. I first used my MityVac on the left side (shifter side) caliper bleed screw. I replenished the brake fluid in the master cylinder about 5 or 6 times as I continued to suck brake fluid through the left side of the system. This all went fine. The fluid sucked through just fine and I made sure that I never sucked the master cylinder dry, preventing air from getting in the system.

Now the problem came when I went to do the right side (throttle side). I pumped up the MityVac to a vacuum pressure of about 15 inches of Hg and cracked the bleed screw. Nothing happened... I then opened the bleed screw a little more... still nothing. I then proceeded to increase the vacuum pressure to about 20 or so inches of Hg... and then I started to see fluid slowing entering the line. The fluid at first looked like BLACK SLUDGE... nothing like what I saw on the other side. I continued to keep refilling the reservoir and sucking brake fluid out running about 5 or 6 reservoirs of fluid through the system. At the end the fluid was clean... however, the fluid did not flow through the system well at all... I had to keep the vacuum pressure high (around 15 or 20 inches of Hg) to keep fluid flowing or being sucked through the system.

Does anyone have any suggestions on additional diagnostic procedures to follow-up with in order to know where the problem lies? I don't think it's the master cylinder since fluid flowed well through the left side. I would think that it would either be the right brake line or the right caliper. I checked out the brake pad wear thinking that this might help diagnose it. Maybe I'm just wanting to see things, but it seemed like the inside pad on the right caliper housing was worn more that the one on the outside of the right caliper. The pads on the left caliper seemed to have been evenly worn. Considering the brake pad wear described... would that lead one to think that it would be either the brake line or the caliper. Or would it tell you that it could still be either one.

Sorry if I've been long winded here... I just wanted to try and describe my problem in much detail as possible in hopes that someone on the forum here could provide me with some advice.

Thanks in advance for advice that anyone gives me

The first thing I would do is remove the bleed valve (nipple) entirely and make sure it is not clogged.

The fact that the fluid is black tells me that you probably cooked it. Add that to the bleeding issue and you may have a stuck piston in the caliper that is causing a pad to drag and overheat the fluid. The uneven wear is another indicator of a stuck or binding piston in the caliper. You may need to clean the caliper and maybe even replace the seals.
