Power Commander to BORROW ('04-'05)????

I don't have one on my '04 and I'm not planning on getting one. However, my buddy has an '05 and he's experiencing a very slight stumble around 4K and we're curious if a Power Commander will clear it up.

If you have one not currently in use and can spare it for a week or so, shoot me a PM and we'll figure out how to arrange me covering the shipping costs.
