The one I have is the early model that fits under the flat GIVI mounting base. I pulled it off my first 06 after the head on collision.
You may want to think twice about that rack. It only uses the 3 bolts on the tail piece and cantilevers the load out over the back of the bike. Unless you have a good stiffy re-enforcement for the OEM diecast sub frame tail piece, dont plan on carrying much more weight than your lunch in the trunk. The reason I still have a Tangerine and DOT Lime Yellow colored trunk on my latest FJR is that a week before that fateful night I pulled it off because of a broken sub frame. All I carried was a laptop in a leather case, not much weight at all, maybe 18 lbs. maximum.

I have one from my '04. Don't know which "model" it is. It would be $cheap + shipping as I have no use for it anymore. If interested, PM me and I can e-mail photo this weekend.
