There is a part that is welded that seems to be for the adjustment of the driver seat. It restricts the raising of the tank from the front so you can get to the throttle bodies (which would be a good idea to put tubes from those bodies, tie them off and cap them so it would be easier to adjust in the future, but I digress). Can that part be cut off if you don't plan on using the adjustment, such as the corbin seat?
