heard on the radio that puerto rico has (or is going to ) pass a law for motorcycle riders that makes maditory the use of long pants, jacket and boots ,,,, along with helmets.

I think they also lowered the booze limit from .08 to .02 just for bikers

I was there about a year ago. The cage drivers are crazy, the motorcyclists even crazier. They may be trying to discourage the insanity, under the guise of "protection". "Hey... Let's haul ass down this street"...
