quick question about the socket in the fairing pocket

What's the style of the socket in the 2009 fairing pocket? Is it the basic Powerlet type, like this: https://www.powerletproducts.com/product/basic-plug/275 ?

IIRC it's the standard car type lighter socket

Or add a powerlet on the other side of the glovebox, and rewire both to the battery with heavier gauge wires and a bigger fuse.

Then you'll have both, they'll both be on all the time, and you can power big things from it, like air compressors, or charge your phones when you're stopped for lunch.

If I recall correctly, You should be able to locate most all fuses at your local auto parts store..
