I was on the bridge 1/2 hour before it collapsed. I am on that bridge at least 24 times a week. I am kinda in shock right now-I don't think Frank and I woulda made it through this one.

Radman,

I saw that on MSNBC - it sucks. Good thing you and Frank wern't on it - odds are Frank don't swim.

Take a breath, and Thank your Karma gods - you be doing something right.

Glad you're okay!

I know how you feel! Three of my co-workers died last week at a test site explosion. Three more in the hospital still.

Bobby

Good to hear your OK Rad! Sniff... I was actually a little worried about you. Now go have a shot and calm your nerves!

That's horrible. Well, I mean, not horrible that you missed it, but....Ohhh, you know what I mean.

Pretty crappy situation.

Right place, wrong time or is it wrong place, right time. Either way glad you made it through. Every once in a while I think, wow, a couple of seconds one way or the other, that could have been me.

Bill

Rad - Good to hear you weren't there at the time. Makes a fella wonder doesn't it?

Also - sorry to not see you at WFO.. Next year?

AHA!!! Now it all comes clear! Your recent difficulties with Frank were NOT the result of pissing Murphy off. Rather, it was Murphy using up all your bad Karma for you so you'd have enough good mojo to save you from the bridge!

Yin and Yang are back in rad-balance :)

Whew! Close call! Glad that you're able to check-in here AFTER the bridge went down. I'm sure that passing over that span just minutes before it collapsed puts some "rad" thoughts in your mind.

Just found out that it appears I have lost a co-worker on the bridge. Called home to say she was leaving work at 5:45. Her route takes her over the bridge. Has not been seen or heard from since. I will say an extra prayer tonite for her family. :sadsmiley:

Add my prayers to yours. In the viewing of the tragic results I was thinking that we are removed from the rality and understanding that real, living people with loved ones have just perished. How sad for all involved in this life altering experience.

Ol' Radster, I'm glad your timing kept you from the danger zone.
