Oh no you don't..

I want the entire story..

of how you were too lazy to check the pads, then scored the rotor,

with sparks a flyin'

then you set off the gas leaked by the 77 Ramcharger on the street

that set the house on fire

that set the block on fire

that...

well, you get it..

:****:

COME ON BIG D!!! :p .............. It wasn't me ..... there were no witnesses ....... the house might of

caught fire anyway!!!!

.

.

.

.

. . Here is some more info, to fuel the mystery........... <_<

.

.

.

.

.

. . . . My FJR is just fine.........

. . . . . . . . . More later........... :)

B...... :dribble:

You're welcome to the XS11 rotors I've got stashed here. Some bailing wire and zip-ties might get them to work for ya.

Joe.............. have you gone to the Darkside???
I'm still a wannabee

I tried bidding on a rear wheel assembly I found on eBay, but the seller seemed like a bit of an ***.

You know what they say "Opposites attract. Likes repel." :D

I'm still looking and if I could score a spare rear wheel assembly for a decent price, I'd be all over it!

======== Still look'n........

AND........ yes it is for the Darkside..... :) .....

I have been following along the posts........ and was wondering about trying it.... But there wasn't a test bike near me.......... until now!!

sooooooooooo...... I put a few miles on an FJR with a car tire, it was different but .........possibly doable...... more testing needed!! BUT not on someone

else's bike, it wont have the same caliber of impact results if I don't use my own FJR .... one that I have tuned just right..... and then go and switch between a

car tire and PR2 and ride it the way I ride and ....(Most know how that is) :agent:  .... on the roads I know best with the killer twisties right here in my own back yard.

Then I can give you a real, seat of the pants review of how this set up really works!!!!!!

Maybe I can expand on which tire has the best all around stickiness for the corners and good commute WEAR as well??????

I bought a rear wheel.... I don't actually have it in my hot little hands yet.... but I know it needs a disc..... SOOOOOOOoooooooooo... any help

with parts procurement to get this test project in motion would be greatly appreciated.... :hyper: :friends:

.

.

. so now ya know.....

Hey MM, you find anything usable in that garage of yours????

B.....

I'm sorry everyone, it's my fault.

Brian is going to the darkside alright.

We went for a little ride a couple weeks back on Calavaras road in the hills behind my house. We stopped at the mid point and he practically stole my bike out from under me. He took off and I had to give chase (nice '08 Brian - really set up well). I finally caught up with him half way across San Jose. He kept babbling about feeling it come up the edge, saving cash on tires for commuting, reworking his hugger, and other nonsense things and such. Good thing it was getting dark - he's got an early bed time. Otherwise I'd probably never gotten my bike back from him.

Hey Brian, if your'e listening, I think my painter still has some left over paint if your'e interested.
