I'm editing this whole post to see if I should re-order these stickers. I ordered 50 and there are a few left. Seems like most who were interested may have contacted me already, but I'd still like to get the word out to clueless cagers who thing what we do is illegal (like 40% of the driving public, with 7% admitting to deliberately blocking or pinching lane splitting bikes, per a survey done by the state).

The first batch were 11" x 3", same as all standard bumper stickers. That's the first design below.

I got a couple of comments that some folks would rather have one they could put on their bike easier, so I designed an oval sticker, no. 2 below. It can be 3 x 5" or 4 x 6". The flat side of the back of your side case is only 5" wide to have it facing backward.

Anyway, I don't want to order them unless there's enough interest, since I'd have to order more ovals (100+) to keep the cost the same. While I think it's a worthwhile message and I'd like to spread it around, I don't want to go forward unless I know there's enough interest. As I said in the first post, I'm just covering my costs at two bucks each.

I'd better point out, I don't want to try to have a stock of both. I'm switching over to the oval shape if I re-order, and in either case, I'm just going to use up the few I have left of the rectangular ones.

At 11" wide, where would you put that on the bike if you don't have a trunk?

Oh how I'd love to see lane sharing permitted in other states. I should look into where I could get stickers printed.

I'd have to be careful how I would word it though. I couldn't say my state should do it because California does it, that might give the false impression that I think CA is smarter.

Here's the link from the other thread to the website where I made these up, so you can make any message you like, colors, images, etc. You can also choose from a variety of sizes and shapes. I have a sticker this size on my top case--it's a standard size that shows up well to other drivers. I hope folks put them on their other vehicles too.

And California isn't smarter. We prove it over and over in so many ways. But about this, yep, California is smarter.

Mike -

I "applaud" your civilian effort Mike! I'll take 2. At least it is something that has a slim margin in the possibility of making a difference here in CA!

Thanks.

Received mine thanks mike, Orem case is a little weird shaped, so I'm going to have to cut it I think.

Fitted to the cars and my other scoot

I just made a lot of changes to post #1, rather than start a new thread. But after I did that, I thought I'd better point out the change here at the end so somebody wouldn't overlook the new parts. Thanks.
