Door Prizes
Hi everyone, time is growing close for our meet. I wanted to throw a reminder out there for anyone that was planning to find sponsors for our door prize giveaway.
I am urging people to participate in finding sponsors. Heck, we've had a couple of attendees that are BEING the sponsor.
Last year we had some really cool gifts. Lets make this year shine in this department.
For those that have already thrown items in the pot, thank you so very, very much.
If you have an item that needs to be sent to WV, please PM me for an address to send it to.
Registration
If you haven't registered yet & are attending, please do so. When it comes down to it, this is where I'm going to be looking for attendance #'s to be sure that we are allowed a large enough banquet room on Saturday night. There is a link located within the website for registration. For those that are not aware of the website, click here.
I spoke to the Brier Inn earlier today. There are still rooms available. When making your reservation, don't forget to mention group #0914. Also, something else to remember... our block of rooms will be released back to the general public on August 24th. So, if you want to be guaranteed a room, make your reservation soon.
Dinner
I called the hotel about getting the dinner all planned. The person that I needed to speak with wasn't present. What I can tell you is I am planning on having a buffet style meal done for us Feej folks. The menu looks pretty good & I'll post up a selection to be voted on within the next week.
I am going to email all of the people that have registered thus far that payment for dinner is expected before the meet. That means, if I don't have your check/money in my hand, your dinner place is not reserved regardless of the fact that you put that info in the registration form. This information is extremely important. I don't want to see anyone left out, so when I post the dinner information, please read it carefully.
Beyond that, I hope that everyone has a wonderful weekend,
