I received the following from John Gilligan, Manager of the Chateau Rouge https://chateaurouge.com/ in Red Lodge MT,
 
I told him some would likely leave Sunday and some on Monday.
 
Remember to inquire about the specific bed arrangements in the condo you reserve, some have Kings and some have queens, some have twins in the second bedroom, most have Sofa Beds downstairs in the Living rooms.

Not only do we recall your group, we will never forget the Yamaha FJR group, and will be more than happy to welcome you again in 2020.
We have set aside the entire Chateau Rouge beginning Thurs June 25th; staying 3 nights or four nights? Do you plan to leave Sunday June 28th or Monday the 29th?
I will present the Steak dinner idea to the Lions Club at our next meeting. They were very happy with the 1st event, so I don’t imagine anything but a yes.
The rate in the 2 floor two bedroom condos is $159.00 + $16.90 tax per night; while the single floor Studios are $129.00 + $13.90 tax per night. There will probably be an increase, but we will hold these rates for your group.
I assume you’ll have individuals call our reservations line (800 926 1601) to make their individual arrangements.

I think I'll try to do a west coast trip next year. Your right on route to go visit my brother in Tofino. The last time I could get the time to do something like this was in 1993, so maybe...would be great to meet some of the FJR peeps from there and Big John.
