I've bought a couple motorcycles from RMC in Renton, WA. Unless it's warranty work, I never take my bike to a dealer so I don't have a lot of experience with them. I did have my 07 FJR in twice and they were very helpfull taking care of the warranty work while I waited. Both times the problem was fixed correctly the first time and they offered to wash the bike after service. If forced to pay a dealer for work, I'd probably take my bike there.
