Replacing my headlights with HID

I've read Warchild's tech guide on how-to change out the lights, but what brand, type and wattage should I get? I want to replace both the high and low beams. TIA.

I know you can't search on HID, but search on telescopic, xenon, or ballast and you will find plenty.

Go to Google then type in a search string just like you normally would, then a space, then site:fjrforum.com

Example: Copy the following line, then go to Google and past it into the search window:

HID bulb site:fjrforum.com

This method will get around the Forum's 4 character (or more) search limit.
