According to RallyMom about 27 minutes ago:

IBR Rider Bucky Dent had a catastrophic tire failure between Denton and Amarillo. He thinks his rim is ok but he could use a new tire or a rim/tire swap ASAP. Closest Cycle Gear looks to be Lewisville and they're open until 6. Can't find anything open in Amarillo. Last spot location 34.65946, -100.18890. You can call him if you can help 206 920 0360 He's on a 2015 FJR tire size 180 55 17

UPDATE: We found a guy who knew a guy whose brother Jeremy could help. Jeremy is on his way with a trailer to tow him into Childress and mount the tire Cliff Wall is bringing up from Cycle Gear in Lewisville.
