:) I've only hit it a few times, but the most memerable was while exiting a gas station parking lot!

Here I was getting ready to exit, when the truck approaching from the other direction of travel decided they were making a left into the lot!

As I was waiting for truck turning in station as I was rolling out  the light had turned green for the trafic that was also going to be heading the same direction I was.

The truck coming through the light must have spead up!

I hit the throttle as it was almost on top of me, there left front hood area, my left thigh area :dribble:

The bike broke loose on some gravel in the transitsion area from the lot to the road and then took off, the truck seemed to think it was funny or did not see me as I lifted the front wheel off the ground hit the limiter and after the feeling of your toast, hit second, then I seemed to pull away as he was about to hit me, after that he followed closely the whole way down the road, must of thought it was funny, I turned and gestured some pleasantries :butcher: :argue: and he decided to back off.

I kept a watch on him to make sure he wasn't a run over you type of person after that and then took a turn off not wanting him to be able to follow me.

Now! that I think about it shortly after that is when the bike seemed to be missing something.

I can not wait to have my mojo back

[The back wheel will not get traction in a 120 mph downshift to 1st.
I had the dis-pleasure of experiencing this while "on track" at Infineon a while back on my R1. My first downshift going for turn 7 broke the shift drum and the tranny went directly to 1st gear. It was exciting to say the least.
