I was going to save this up for our FJR Forum Dog Pile Friday's Files, but I just knew that my illegitimate bastard Hijo (Son) SkooterG was going to post this up anyway!

Judy and I had a great time today. It was our first ride with the group. Met some nice folks, enjoyed the ride and had some great BBQ. Thanks to the organizers.
Unfortunately this is the way our ride ended:
I stopped in Wickenburg to take off some layers and noticed oil leaking from the final drive. It was dripping on the rear wheel and tire. Don't know if it is just the seal or the seal and the bearing. We were only 40 miles from home but didn't want to chance it. I have AAA so thought I might as well use it. The tow truck came 20 minutes after I called. I already had an appointment at Moto-Ghost on Tuesday to take care of a few little things, now he can fix this as well.

Well I didn't have a single issue with the ST (unlike the last ride...). The weather was beautiful, food was tasty (need to go back to pick up some of that sauce!), and the pace was perfect. Was just what I needed after the pressure cooker that was January for me at work!

My new job has most weekends (mostly) off.
As cor curb jumping, I saw quite a few capable machines that declined also. That KTM990 Adventure was nice. Very nice.
