Road Trip Tools

What tools do you all bring with you other than the tool kit that comes with the bike, tire pressure gauge and tire repair kit? The wife and I are going on a trip from Philadelphia to Tampa which is a little over 1k miles.

Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated.
