So i just bought a new pair of gloves. my old no-name leather guantlets finally bit the dust with the index finger seams seperating after about 30k miles as basically my ONLY pair of gloves. So I went searching for some new ones.....

I wanted a multi season glove and found the Adaptive-Tecs in a dumb luck google search. Basically a tour/street leather guantlet with that cool new Outlast PCM stuff inside. I have funny hands, skinny with long fingers and fitment is always an issue. I knew they were just down the highway in Pueblo, CO, so I called and asked if I could come down and try on a few pairs, Sure no problem. This is even more impressive when you learn they don't have a 'storefront'. The distribution site is the owners' garage in Pueblo West. Well, life and weather got messy so I couldn't make it down to try them and emailed them for some recommendations. Not only did super nice lady Lorraine answer my email within the hour but when it was all said and done I paid for one set, they sent two pairs, each a different size in case she was wrong, and asked me to mail back the set that didn't fit. wow. These guys definately earned my return business. Having them be less than an hour away is just icing on the cake. :yahoo:

I'll write a review of the gloves when the weather permits riding. So far I like them alot.

Super thumbs up to Roadgear.com for the customer service!

Edit: I was hoping this would hang a little longer in the Equipment subforum, before it got banished down here.

maybe if I had a gear review now? or pics at least?

+1. In the past I've used their magnetic tank bag on my CBR600F4i and it gave me good service. I've kept it in anticipation of my next "sport" bike because it hasn't shown any age at all, quality stuff.
