Roads I should ride??

Howdy,

I'm planning a trip from Fl going to Az thru Utah then Co and finally home to Fl. I've read about hwy 191 in Az and am planning on riding this road, question is this are there other roads thru there considered a "must ride"? The rest of the ride is planned for Zion, Bryce then Arches.

In AZ, a few other good roads are Hwy 60 between Globe and Show Low. 89 between Congress and Prescott is nice too. There are more, but these are the ones off the top of my head.

In Utah, I would hit 95 between Blanding and Hanksville (at least I think that's the route).
