Interesting explosion. Looks like they buried it too deep, unless they were just trying to flip a vehicle. At any rate, cool video, and glad it looked like non of our guys got hurt. Hopefully the bomb maker will blow himself up on the next try.

1. Where do they find the time to bury something like that too deep?

2. I can't even see any evidence of anything in the road to indicate that kind of work had been performed recently to the road.

They probably dug in from the side, not through the top. Trust me, the one thing people in 3rd world countries have is time.
