I will be in Carson City for the weekend and will be looking to get out and ride somewhere...

So how about one of you guys come up with a plan for either day..

Lets just not do an OM and give everyone 15 minutes notice.

I plan on being a ***** that weekend.

Don't apologize, Simon.

I'm sure you've your reasons.

Brother Mick, don't be too hard on The Beaver! Simon and Papa spent all weekend at the Orange County Nudist's Colony and Health Spa, FJR Bluesman is exhausted!

Richard, ******: Sure wish you were riding CA Sierras in July, not June. I leave for the loving arms of Mary Ellen and CFR - New Brunswick June 13. Maybe Next Year!

So, the Burrito Ballerina is coming to ride the jaw-dropping splendor of the Sierra Nevada passes in July?

(That is, Don, if you can still walk, after some Maritime Provinces local has given you the NB bogstomper version of a dirty Sanchez? Keep your guard up, compadre.)

Go Wings.

Many sincere thanks Mick, for your words of caution given to me regarding Fredericton. Thanks to your advice, I have been forewarned that Freddy Beach is not a safe foreign city like Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico is. I just hope and pray I can endure the Maritime Provinces without the NB bogstomper version of a nasty "dirty Sanchez"!

My Girlfriend Donna was raised in San Leandro, CA (Navy brat!); her brothers Chris and Tony still live there; her brother Mike and his wife Cindy live in Antioch. I was thinking a four to six day California riding trip centered around the last weekend of July would be nice. Riding the high Sierra's and seeing Donna's family too. Brilliant!

Unlike Fairlaner, I'll give plenty of advance notice if others want to tag along with Donna and I. You and I always give plenty of prior ride warnings, unlike Our Queen Mum!

Kewl,

FINALLY out of my cast and the finger stiffness has abated enough to allow some throttle control. Should be better still in another 3 weeks...

Definite maybe for Saturday, June 25.

Hmmmm....will Hwy 4 be open? That'd be a fun loop for the valley folks and closer to Carson City. East on 88 to Markleeville for lunch....over Montior Pass and back then Ebbetts on Hwy 4?

Jiss tuh be stirrin' thuh pot sum.

I'm planning on riding Hwy 4 Saturday. I can let you know, or maybe you can tag along?

Fairlaner should be shown a proper time and taken over Sonora Pass, lunch at Mountain View BBQ in Walker, then back over Monitor and Ebbetts Passes.
