I was recently heading to bike week, and after unloading our bikes at Smitty's in mo. we rode to Jackson MS. the first night. We pulled into our motel ,and checked in. when I went to pull my rubber ,waterproof bag off of the rear seat ,it was stuck to the seat, Apperrently when I stapped the bag on ,I hit the heat troller(on High) and it melted teh bag to the rear seat. after arriving in Florida ,I called and told Bill about my situation ,and since I was in the area ,made a appointment to have it looked at ,and a new cover made. I arrived in Jacksonville Monday morn, and Troy and crew instantly took my rear seat apart ,and went to work testing the heating element etc. After Troy told me that things checked out electrically ,he told me the foam and heat wire would be replaced and a new cover sewn up. minutes later Troy told me that they would also like to decover the front seat and look at it also. I agreed, and they proceeded. A while passed and Troy came up and said that they really diddn't know why the seat got so hot ,but they would like to redo the front seat also. It's only money I said. Well when it was said and done, the fine folks at Sargent Cycle Products comepletly rebuilt my rear seat (foam, heat and cover), and put new heat ,foam and put my original cover on my front seat, and charged me a whopping 50.00$$$ for all work(price aof a recover). Now that is customer service. They even threw in a new ball hat. Thank you to all the fine folks at Sargent Cycle products . I know where my next aftermarket seat will com from. Oh and by the way, they are super comfy, and the fit and finish are 1st rate. Jim Slaughter 2006 FJR
