Scala Q2

Saw this on Engadget.

I don't own a Scala, but thought some of you might already. Evidently the older Q's can be "upgraded" so you can talk bike to bike (as well as bluetooth your phone and other stuff). Gives you about 1500 feet bike to bike.

My AE sports a RINO GMRS with an Autocom SPA system. It's got more functions and more range for probably a WHOLE lot more money. Don't think they are compatible.

Oooh, very cool. A real possibility when it comes time to upgrade from my original Scala Rider. I like the Bluetooth 2.0 and dual speakers even more than the rider-to-rider capability.

I wonder what talk time is on this one?
