Schedule Of Events

Hey all,

I think I need to put a schedule of events up on the web site. The only problem is that I'm not sure we actually have one. If anyone has any information about exactly what is happening at what times, that would help me out tremendously.

I know we have a dinner at some point, as well as a conference room reserved at Tally Ho. If anyone has solid info about exactly when either of those are occuring, we can starting filling in the gaps with other stuff as well.

Dinner 6pm Sunday at Carriage House (part of Tally Ho). Put on the page that seating is limited so sign up for dinner on any of the three forums. This must happen before 9/7/05. My laptop is on the blink and so I'm not sure I'll have internet on my way to EOM (I'm leaving next week Friday). It has been recommended that I round the cost up - So $15 for dinner with drink included (nonalcohol).

Conference room available Saturday and Sunday

Seeing as we don't have anything lined up for Saturday night how about we do your raffle Saturday night in the conference room (has anyone donated beer?) I should be pulling into Tally Ho Saturday PM sometime so don't make it too early!

Can we add a page to the EOM site showing who has registered for the Saturday dinner? That way people will realize that they really need to make a commitment ahead of time. I know I received confirmation from Mr. Bill but also curious who will be joining us.

Just to make sure everyone has it right (*cough*NHFRKLS*cough), the dinner is for SUNDAY, not Saturday.

On Saturday, I'll be across the street at the bar-b-que place... good stuff!

Ok so big Dinner Sunday Night . Saturday B-B-Que or crash the Pig Roast. Friday night aim for where ever the FJRs are parked.
