I've had turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas for more years than I can count. This year I'm cooking some more of these little guys:

You made my mouth water with that pic :dribble: . Where do get the little piggies from? never seen these in a store.

Imp,

You can buy these all day long from a major food supplier, (Sysco, US Foods, etc) but they charge about 200 bucks or more for each. My buddy and I talked around and found a farmer who was willing to sell us the pigs for 50 each.

It was a tasty night.

$200.00 a piece wow. I would shell out $50 but am too cheap for that high priced pork.

Thanks for the info.

Nice! Is that a Lang 84? "Pig, the perfect animal" I'm the head cook for Taste Buds BBQ, "Taste Bud's, We're smoking the good ****"

I wish it was a Lang. They make some great cookers. Actually it's a small Traeger. The pigs were so small I figured it was too much trouble to drag my converted 500 gallon propane tank bbq over to cook 'em.
