They saw you were from Fallbrook , and took advantage of you! (Fallbrook and Vista, at least when I was there, were arch rivals in HS football.)

Realizing this is kind of late, I was really shocked to hear your experience at North Couty House of Motorcycles, i just bought a used 07 FJR1300 AE there, it had a 2nd gear problem they replaced 2nd, 3rd and 5th with two shift forks. Gratefully i purchased the Western Service Contract and they paid a portion with NCHM paying the rest. Tyson and Sam in sales, Pete and Randy in service were Awesome. Ive never had better service at a dealer and I used to work for one here in the Coachella Valley. I heartily recommend them, as always you are your own advocate, but I for one had a great experience there.

Get the small claims court paperwork. Fill it out. Take it with you one last time to the dealership and say that unless they make right by you, your next stop is the courthouse to file. My guess is they will fold their hand. If not, file.
