Bike Effects once again has rear seat bags for sale and they have an improved mounting system from the previous bag that I was selling. The bags are made by RKA in the United States and one of them is on my site with other sizes to follow shortly.

I still really want a locking option. Has no one but Corbin made up a seatbase-based locking container to replace the passenger seat?
