I just saw this on Linked-In: www.yanchor.com They are out of the UK. Can be used on trailers, boats, small construction equipment and just about anything small enough to load in a pickup truck.

I worked with a guy from the UK who had a Sierra Cosworth. He used to chain that car down in his locked garage. Incredible.
