Service Manual Warning Makes No Sense - Brake System Bleeding

I've done the usual brake maintenance more than once in the past without any issues. Changed pads, bled the lines. Getting ready now to bleed the lines again and just noticed a warning at the top of the Service Manual guide for this procedure and it states: "WARNING. Always bleed the brake system when the brake related parts are removed."

What "related parts" are they referring to?

DUH!

Just dawned on me that the manual's wording is poor. Should read. "whenever brake related parts are removed"

I'll take a Dope Slap right about now.
